Windows 2000 pro task bar color

Hi,

The Windows 2000 pro taskbar always looks kinda gray an ugly. How can I change it to white or any other color?

    In display under appearance you can change all the colours

    That only changes the menu bar color tho, but doesn't seem to chang the taskbar color.
