Hey, sorry to bump this but I felt I'd better reply.
I have my hosting etc all sorted out, I'm currently designing the site with Dreamweaver 8.
I think I may go with SMF rather than YaBB for the form, it seems pretty good and has a lot of useful features.
How hard is it to set up and maintain compared to YaBB?
Oh, and the new site is darkblade.110mb.com, nothing there yet because I've been busy, not much time for designing.
It's got to be there by Sunday though or my account is deleted, it's part of the TOS (15 days to set up a homepage).
Thanks for all the help so far everyone.

Admittedly the conversion process at least for YaBB to SMF was not that simple, however, that being said the installation was pretty easy. A big difference however from YaBB to SMF is that SMF requires a MySQL to be setup and not all hosts will have this. So before jumping ship to SMF, make sure your host has MySQL and that you're able to setup a database.

I do have MySQL, but I haven't done anything with it because I really know nothing about it.
I wasn't sure was I needed to do or anything.
Is that hard?

Depends on what your ISP has setup. But for the most part it's not too bad. You're not really doing much more than setting up a database and most ISP's or hosts do that for you, you just tell them what name you want the database.

Hmm . . . well, I'll get on the 110mb support forums and see what they have to tell me.
I'm new to this but I am learning, need to get my site done first and then I'll start having a better look at the forums side of things.
