3) How can you Profit?  I suppose you could ask for donations.  Any site can charge a fee for something, you don't need it to be a .com.  You could have widgits.org and sell things.  If you want to sell stuff though, you will need to pay for a good host since there's no day cold enough for *censored* to freeze over where I'll give my credit card over html.
