    No technical expertise is required to read this article. In fact, very little computing knowledge is required. It's the classic "pointy-haired boss" from Dilbert, incarnated!

    Programming is (theoretically) simple: Your group needs a program that does something. You agree on what it should do, how it should be done, then do it. Simple, right? Then, a new boss comes along...

    Heh. The dumbest project manager or the dumbest programmer. I would of quit a long time before he did. ;)
