I want to post from a Word document to Excel with data that is seperated by Comma's

Ex: Streetname, Phone number, etc

When i paste into Excel i want to use the commas as new columns .... .any help here ?

Save the document from Word as a plain text file.  (.txt)  Change the file's name from foobar.txt to foobar.csv.  Then load that file into Excel.  You'll be surprised how well that works.

The other approach, which involves opening the .txt file directly in Excel, is to use the Text Import Wizard, which automatically launches when you open a .txt file.  Tell the wizard to treat the file as Delimited and, on the next panel, to use Comma as a Delimiter.
