Excel help

I want to post from a Word document to Excel with data that is seperated by Comma's

Ex: Streetname, Phone number, etc

When i paste into Excel i want to use the commas as new columns .... .any help here ?

Save the document from Word as a plain text file.  (.txt)  Change the file's name from foobar.txt to foobar.csv.  Then load that file into Excel.  You'll be surprised how well that works.  :)

The other approach, which involves opening the .txt file directly in Excel, is to use the Text Import Wizard, which automatically launches when you open a .txt file.  Tell the wizard to treat the file as Delimited and, on the next panel, to use Comma as a Delimiter.
