Hard Drive Trouble

Hi, I am having some issues with my hard drive.  It appears that I lost almost all my files from my hard drive but when I go to properties it still shows that the drive is almost full.  So it seems like all my information is still there but I can't see or access it.  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Are your folders "hidden"? If they are then double click on the My Computer icon on your desktop, click Tools, then Folder Options, then View, then click on "Show hidden files and folders".
