Missing system tray/Notification area icons? A tip ....
    « on: April 27, 2007, 11:27:16 AM »
    Hi

I don't know if this is the correct location for a "tip" but, if not, I'll leave it to a mod. to move it.

I see people often complain that icons in their "systray" or "notification area" disappear. Sometimes they're present .... sometimes not. Generally unstable.

Well, this little free program may be the answer. TrayIconsOK! a program that checks all icons you have set for the systray will appear on boot up .....

Try it and let us know if it works for you.

I try to have as few systray icons as possible, but thanks for the link, oddjob.  That could be pretty handy.
