I take it you're logged into the computer under the Administrator account, and connected to the internet?

Have you had a read of the Microsoft Help and Support regards ICS? (Go to the computer that you can check ICS, and click the blue text).

Yes, I am connected to the internet and I am on the Administrator account. No I have not read the Microsoft Help and Support but I will.  Thanks

Nah you haven't failed me, I wouldn't have ever gotten this far by myself. And i'm not giving up yet either     oh and i did read the help and support thing but it didnt really help any...

Sorry, been busy solving some of my own problems of late.

Has the blue-tooth dongle got a phone number for techie support?  Might be worth a cheeky phone call to see if they can help set it up.
