Best Game/Series Ever Made?

This is for everyone. I was wondering what everyone thinks is the best game ever created. Or the best series ever created. Ex.Half-Life, war craft, C&C Etc..

Halo 2 campaign was kind of disappointing. Also, Bungie released it too early. They didn't get rid of all the bugs and the texture sometimes loaded very late. Maybe if they worked on Halo 2 like half a year longer, it would be just as good as the storyline for Halo 1.

Well, in actual fact, I don't even own Halo or Halo 2 (or even an Xbox!!!), but from what I've played, it seems pretty good. But Halo 1 is better than 2.

What's the difference between them? You can't really change a game like Pong too much.

Well, in actual fact, I don't even own Halo or Halo 2 (or even an Xbox!!!), but from what I've played, it seems pretty good. But Halo 1 is better than 2.

Well actually Halo 2 campagin the more realistic but the storyline isn't as good as Halo 1.
As for Halo 2 multiplayer, a bazillion times better that Halo 1. Although Halo for the PC multiplayer isn't bad at all.

I haven't really played multiplayer on Halo, because I usually just stick to campaign. Co-op mode's cool, because when I play with...

a)... my brother, we just blast through the levels and kill everything (he rules at FPS games)

b)...my cousin, I have so much fun because we just stuff around (she tried getting a tank through a narrow crevasse by lifting it off the ground with a grenade!!!)


And I don't get time to see cut-scenes (as much as I want to, my partner is too eager to keep playing), so I can't really judge too much on the storyline.

I bet i'll win if I got against him. One time I had 2 friends over. We played medium-long range weapons, no shields and it was both of them VS me. My score was 468 and both of their scores were 200 something. I beat them by i think 18 points.

As for knowing the storyline of Halo 2, i guess you could categorize me as a Halo Geek. I know pretty much everything to do with the Halo series

halo's gotten boring over the years... the only fun way to play and do new things now is with a trainer, and especially a modded trainer, like where you can set how high you can jump, or if running into walls causes damage. my friend and i moded one where we set the distance the elites can roll, and made it pretty far, like 5 metres, so they'd roll and hit a wall and die cause of the damage cheat  other than new stuff like that tho, it's a bit disappointing. unlike final fantasy.. i'd play final fantasy in real life if it was legal to carry around my buster sword replica and chop people up

This is a hard decision for me.
The C&C series is great, for me it just defines strategy games.
Doom series rocks, that was the definitive father of the FPS genre.
And in modern times, the BF series stands out as great games which are fantastic for multiplayer.
Finally, Halo gets a mention.  Great story, good graphics even restricted by the Xbox, easy to play and great multiplayer.
