Not familiar with this particular app, but I presume that it is web-server software that is to be used to host a site or to test scripts locally, or at least something like that, right?
In which case, the good news is that there isn't anything to do, because it is working correctly. Go into your web browser with the webserver open and type "
http://localhost" (without the quotes) and you'll be able to access whatevers in your website root folder.
I use Apache on my machine. All you need to do is minimise it to your taskbar and get on with it.
