copying files from the desktop

Is there a way to copy certain files from my hard drive to a flash drive but limit that copying to those files which have been modified since 7 days previous to the system date?

If I can't do it from the desktop, I thought that it might be possible to accomplish the same thing in a DOS batch file.

you need the batch file. I suggested you get Robocopy in the other thread.
