How to make a forum

110mb has the options to install SMF-Forum, MyBB-Forum, or phpBB2-Forum. Which one is best?

YES!!! I was just going to post about that. I messed up my accound, so I backed up and deleted it. Then I recreated it, only to find that I now have to pay for MySQL! I didn't have to before, but it only allows three installes and I used them all! So now, I need to go find another free website provider. Are there any good ones around? How about 1111mb.com? It's almost like 110mb, only it allows up to 10 MySQLs, and I think it has a smaller bandwidth.
