Anyone ever purchase a computer from Ibuypower.com or Cyberpowerinc.com   They have some great deals, but I'm just concerned about customer service after the purchase, what if I have to return it, etc....

I'm not familiar with the companies and don't have any personal experience. However, you may want to reviews on these companies through the resellerratings. I've created the links for each of these companies below.

ibuypower.com has a good report from McAfee
    http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/ibuypower.com

A user left this comment about it though

Don't buy products from this site:

I recently bought an i-buy-power Gamer-Pro SLI from this website, and when it came to my house, it was DOA. That was not the only problem; their customer service is down the drain (I had to threaten them to return the product to get a replacement). Stay away from this store; you will receive defective components, and bad customer support.

Cyberpowerinc.com also has a good report from McAfee
    http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/cyberpowerinc.com

No users have left comments on it though, so that makes comparing the two hard

Be sure to read the warranty information before buying any product

As you can see from the ComputerHope Admin's links, it does not appear that the first company (ibuypower) has too many problems, only one user had the will to go and report the site. Something might have gone wrong with the shipping resulting in unknown damage (since 9/11, who knows what they do to those packages)

(For computers, you might also check out www.newegg.com )
