what driver do i have to install to my computer to support usb 2.0? i'm using digital brand of computer with pentium 166Mhz, 128 sdram, windows 98 operating system

A driver won't do it if the MBoard doesn't support it...
You'll need an add-on PCI USB2.0 card.
