windows XP stay at "windows is starting uo..." long time

i got this problem.
 windows XP stay at "windows is starting uo..." long time
and i need to let my system stay about 5mins, when the screen saver comes out, then i hit enter to logon.
i go into safemode to remove the password, but it doesn;t solve the problem.
before this problem, windows always prompt me"the user account is not available" after i run DTM test. but i delete all the DTM related account.

what protections do you have?? try chkdsk /f
