    Can anyone out there help me?

    Hello
    I have a problem during start up! I get a dll error message, it says that it cant be found!
    How do i get rid of it? I have had it months now. :-[

    Well, Westy, a lot depends on which dll it is that cannot be found, and as you haven't told us that, helping you is going to be a bit like voodoo or black magic. Why don't you help avoid that by telling us?

      You have found out that "free" software often brings hidden costs!

      This is from the "My Web Search" toolbar which is downloaded and installed with several different "free" products.

      Getting rid of mwsbar.dll, or references to it, isn't terribly difficult. The first step is simple: go to Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs... and look for and uninstall "My Web Search Bar".

      Restart the machine and see if the problem is gone.

      If that does not work, use this link and follow the instructions.
