Limited or No Connectivity

What's the cause with this "Limited or No Connectivity"?

    internet limited or no connectivity... Wireless: get closer; restart network  make sure nothings blocking the signal LAN... make sure youre even signed up for internet, then clear your caches and use the windows repair connectivity thing and if that dosnt work I know this is weird but if youre using modem, put the cable thats in the computer in the modem and the modem's end in the comps slot. Its weird, but that fixes my problem all the time!!
    So what if I'm strange? I love being different, it defines me :D.

    What's the cause with this "Limited or No Connectivity"?

    Usually when I see this, it is a result of a computer making a DHCP request to acquire an IP address but not getting any response. So, the computer autoconfigures an IP address for itself (see APIPA) but an IP address in the APIPA range isn't good for much (you can't surf with one).

    u know sumtin maybe you should configure you network to use a static ip address .maybe that will help.
