how to sync clock over the network

hi guys, well im new here!

anyways my question is this...

can we Sync the clocks of clients across the network? or in others words, all the computers has the same time and date? is that possible or one should use a software which will enable to sync the clocks..

    You don't say if you're running a domain controller or workgroup.

    im sorry, but im running a workstation. But i want to sync other workstations as well. im  in a room with 40 computers and i want to sync all the clocks.. thanks!
