Burning with iTunes

For some reason I cannot burn audio or mp3 CDs from iTunes, when I try I'm told the disc burner and/or software are not found. I think the correct drivers are installed because I am capable of burning with Nero but it changes all the album names and genres of the songs which I find very frustrating.

Do you have the latest version of iTunes?  Did it ever work?

forgive me i f I'm mistake, but i think i tunes only burn the song that you purchase from itunes.
I read it somewhere before and while i'm using my ipod.
