Runtime error!

I have recently installed a the free norton antivirus that comes with my isp.  I now get 2 messages popping up on occassion.

Runtime error!
Program:c:\program files\common files\symantic shared\ccSvcHst.exe
R6025
pure virtual function recall

Microsoft+Visual c++Runtime Library
Program:c:\program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccScllst.exe
This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.  Contact support team for information.

I've no idea what to do please help!

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the program. If that doesn't fix it, let us know.

Norton is only worth one action: UNINSTALL.
But, before you proceed, I need to know, what version of Norton you have (just antivirus, or a whole suit), and what Windows version.

It's true, no joke, it hugs so much system resources that it's not funny. There are many better antiviruses out there. Consider returning it if you purchased it, and if not, don't download illegal software (Especially if it's no good). Actually, that would make sense. Did you download this and then try and crack it? Cause that usually causes errors in software.

Second time you've suggested the same site to two different people. It's not the solution to everything - and it's unlikely that this is a registry problem (at the very least not one that can't be fixed by removing or re-installing norton as opposed to paying for extra software).
