[Paperb]

First Mozilla Firefox stopped working and  then Opera stopped working on my PC.  In both cases I press the shortcut on the desktop and nothing happens when previously everything was ok.  Only IE 6 is functioning but if I have an email with a link to a website it does'nt work and I have to copy and paste the shortcut in IE6. OS is Windows XP. Any help please because even if i uninstall the browsers and install them again they work immediately they are reinstalled but for that once only.

try uninstalling it then a registry cleaner..

The shortcuts are probably corrupt...
Do a Search for Firefox.exe...in the right hand pane when it shows up right clik it and select Create shortcut and drag it to the desktop...
Do the samer for Opers.
Delete the non working ones/
