Power supply cords....where do they go??

I have a Gateway(GT5028) AMD Desktop Computer-AMD Athlon 64 that has had its  video card replaced, a new hard drive and a new power supply.  Unfortunately, after replacing the power supply and coming to the conlusion that it was motherboard failure and their was no use, the technician abandoned me.  "Abandoned" meaning I have wires labeled P1, P4, P5 etc coming from my power supply that aren't plugged into anything.  Not to mention these two wide wires coming out of the DVD drive.  I just wana know if anybody out their happens to have the same computer and wouldn't mind taking a pic of the inside, just to be used as a guide I would greatly appreciate it.

If you are in over your head i'd suggest inviting someone over who has built a few machines and treating him to the Adult beverage of his choice in exchange for his expertise...

Otherwise you may make an expensive mistake hooking things up improperly.

There's nothing wrong with this approach because you will be learning by observing...instead of maybe burnin up your hard earned dollars...
We all started this way. Another persons expertise is something to be appreciated and absorbed.

If you have a cam take pictures of the connectors, post them here, then any expert will guide you.
