Lost File

I opened an email (Power Point) attachment and save the document.  I cannot find the file or the updates.  I believe this file was stored in Temporary Internet location.  Is there any way to get this file or locate?

Go to Start/Search and type in  *.ppt and hit Enter...
Do the same with  *.pps...

I have tried to search for it in this manner.  However, the file was stored under the Temporary Internet directory.  I cannot file it under that directory or the temporary file folders it creates.  I believe the folder KH2RGH3 is a hidden folder under the Temporary Internet directory.  How can I get to these files?

As patio said....search your ENTIRE computer, not temp files.
