the page is constantly having a static or shake kinda thing i don't really know how to explain i can still carry on and do everything normally but its like an annoying pest or something because it ruins watching movies or playing a game .... its a small twitch right now and I've already reset my monitor and ran virus scans and defragd if that even helps but still its doing it .... what is this and how do i fix it ?
