How to change the Physical address of LAN Card in Windows XP

Dear users
I use the ruter to access the internet i have two PC's but the second ones has a different LAN card Physical address i want to change that physical address to my first PC so that both the pc's can use the same connection my Windwos in both Pc's is XP and also is the crossover and RJ45 connector cable are same or different

I suspect that you don't want to change the physical (MAC) address at all.  Does this router have multiple ethernet ports?
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
