How do I change my name in the from column when sending email?

I want to change it permanently as I have a nickname in it.

In Outlook Express Click Tools, Accounts. In Internet Accounts click the Mail tab. Finally, highlight the mail account and click Properties in the Properties you should be able to adjust your name for that account.
