Go to Device manager, right click on your monitor, click Update Driver, and point it to the CD.
What is the make, and model of that monitor?

Well it says that i have all the most updated stuff in device manager and when i download the file from the site i get the same list as always so i right click on the icon's and they give me the option to uninstall the icc profile, so does that mean i have all the updated things on it?

It doesn't matter what it says. Click on Update driver, and point installation wizard toward your CD location.

What list? What is the model number? I'd like to see that file you download.

            You're doing something wrong.
When you right click on your monitor in Device Manager, and click Update Driver, what is the very next screen, that opens up?

            I'll check on that download.

                Restart your computer.
What is the screen resolution set up to?
Next step, download, and unstall fresh driver for your video card.
