new need help

hi everyone! just new here, chanced upon ur site while searching the net....
think this is really fun and helpful community
also hopeful you might help me on my problem....my pc prompts I/O device error whenever i try to connect my MP3 ...
also have a problem connecting my phone's USB, it wont read my phone's content, would just show it's charging whenever i try to connect it...
pls help...thnks

Trying to diagnose your problem without any information on your system is extremely difficult.  It's like phoning a car mechanic and asking for help with a breakdown without telling him what kind of vehicle is involved, it could be anything from a Toyota compact to a 24-wheel juggernaut.
