Warcraft III "This program is corrupt or incomplete."

ok, i have a REAL copy of warcraft iii the frozen throne works fine and everything then when i decide to wake up and play it today the autorun will not come up and instead a error box will come up "This program is corrupt or incomplete.  If you have downloaded this program, yo8u may want to delete it and download a fresh copy"     whats going on here?

Is the disc scratched? Try cleaning it with a soft cloth and see if it will work.
