First time post
I bought a Vista H.P. Processor: Intel ®Core ™ 2 Quad CPU Q600 @ 2.40 GHZ Memory: 3071 MB System: 32 Bit O.S.
I have an H.P. Officejet 6300 all-in-one 2 years old. I cannot get it to scan, but it prints ok. I have inserted the CD twice but nothing happens. So I have gone on line to
HP and down loaded up to date drivers for Vista. HP said that my printer drivers are up to date, but I cannot scan. I have opened up control panel and have clicked on
scanner and cameras and still nothing…
My all-in-one is sill brand new and worked very well any help would be appreciated.
