What is adware?

Can someone please tell me what is adware?

What does it look like?

And where abouts in your computer do you find it?

Its just that I use Incredimail and alot of people have said that it creates adware on your computer?

Also known as malware, sneakware, or spyware, adware is a type of software program thats installed without a users consent or knowledge while another program is being installed on the computer.
