Looks useful and I like the idea. What I didn't like based off what I saw in the screen shot is the icons. The big stars really make things look messy. I'd rather have very little stars shown or no stars at all. I understand why they'd want to make things look different. Just think it could be done a lot cleaner.

I like this program.

The stars in the screen shot were added just to mark the new items.  The real icons do not have stars.

That's what i was thinking...also shell32.dll has more icons than you need if you want to customise...
