    turning it on???

    ok so it has been off for a couple months i went to turn it on it acts like its going to start up but  then it goes to a window and brings up 5or 6 options start normaly ,start (with most recent settings that worked), safe mode ,safemode using command prompt and,safe mode using networking ??? i searched it and couldnt find nothing so if ya could help that would be great ;D

          its ME or XP i dk cuz i cant turn it on and its compaq or whatever
