Help needed with install wizard

Whenever i get to install wizard setup and press continue or next, the setup wont respond anymore..

System:
Windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 2

Computer:
Intel Pentium M Processor 1.60GHz
590 MHz, 504 MB of Ram
