My son is trying to defrag our computer. He said first you have to scan disk. So he is trying to scan and it keeps starting over and over. My husband went to alt ctrl delete and got rid of some junk in there. Still scan disk is starting over and over. He said he hasn't been able to scan it for a while, could you help? Please keep it simple I do not under stand computer talk at all. Thanks , Rose
