Whats the difference between the usual Computer Hope theme and the "Upcomming Classic Theme"?

Just a few minor things. I primarily use it as a test template so I can make changes and make sure they work before rolling them over to the Computer Hope Theme.

All those different themes have their own little advantages and disadvantages. Nice.
