I am working on a friends computer(windowsXP) and when I reboot it starts to boot and then sits at a black screen for 10 to 15 minutes not doing anything. I can tell that the hard drive or floppy are doing nothing and after a random time, it starts to boot again just fine. This does not happen everytime, very random. Is this a hardware issue?
