We recently went to a Microsoft Exchange server and have Outlook 2007. One of our employees is having problems with her word docs that she emails out being received by one of our clients in winmail.dat format. I have tried everything, reset everypossible setting to plain text to no avail. The client company will not use the winmail reader and I cannot for the life of me figure out why this one person out of 40 is the only one having this problem. I am going to reinstall outlook this weekend but does anyone have any insight into this problem. thanks
