Keep other windows on top of others.

This is a neat little program I found a while back. You can pin other windows over other windows. For example, you can be tying up your home work in Microsoft Word and have a small window pinned up with a movie.

Nice find, does look like a nice feature that I'm surprised Microsoft hasn't included in their OS.
