all windows are black

I need help, all my windows and even the task bar are all black except for the icons. I also have avg and it keeps popping up.

Have you checked your accessibility settings, I ask as if you activite "Use high contrast" under the display settings of accessibility it will certainly make everything black. Other than that - more info please!
