I don't understand how this happened. My sound today randomly stopped working, I didn't install or delete anything. The speakers work fine, and iIve tried other ones. Nothing is muted in the sound options, which I haven't changed in months. The strange thing is, if I un-mute my mic, I can hear myself through the speakers which are plugged in to the computer. I'm confused
UPDATE: This morning when I tried to turn on my computer (it was in standby for the night) I instantly got a BSOD which said IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and the error code thing was STOP: 0x00000000A (0x96c0000C, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x80523B2A). My sound also randomly came back. When it booted back up, I got the usual "Windows has recovered from a serious error". I sent the error report to microsoft and they said it was corrupted,
