page not loading in firefox or internet

am very sorry guys this one realy hit the spot . i have been trying everything am in my laptop here going download the hostxpert to my usb see if with the other computer it works. thx again and am very sorry for all this

am srry ... still nothing am in safe mode again writing you this otherwise i cant do it

Ps. another thing i notice is that when i start up the computer in normal mode it tells me

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\dlwusybi.dll
the specified module could not be found

could that mean anything with this ?

When you consider the difference between safe & normal mode, bandwidth hogging zombies spring to mind.

dlwusybi.dll is a sign of infection.
