Intel HT or NON HT - How to Verify?

Hello, I have purchased a new system with Intel HT 2.8 GHZ processor. In my country many computer shops cheat customers. Let me know:

1. If there is any software that I can install to check whether the processor is Intel 2.8 Ghz HT or Intel 2.8 Ghz (Normal - without HT).

Problem: Windows only reports that the processor is 2.8 Ghz and doesn't say anything about the presence of HT.

First, I'm not sure if anything under 3Ghz has HT.

Second, look in your BIOS.
