        the only language i've ever studied was french and that was many years ago. I thought latin was kind of common knowledge.... apparently not?

          actually im doing suprising well in it, yet i do get bored during spanish class, it the last class i have during the day!  :P

          Mainly only in the world of mathematicians, scientists, psychologists, philosophers, and so on.  Because it's a dead language, it is used universally...but it's not typically considered a common language.

            You may be joking Carbon but i know people who were taught compulsary Latin at school. Mind you i know people who were taught compulsary Welsh at school...

            A very large portion of schools actually don't teach Latin to their students, although I think it should be required to learn at least the basics.
