Windows Vista Problems

Hey people! I need help big time.i'm running windows vista 32 bit and i'm having trouble getting windows to boot up.everytime i go to boot up the computer just keeps shutting  down.i've tried in safe mode and the rest but nothing just keeps shutting down.i can get into the BOIS and no problem it down shut down then.any have any idea whats going on?

I have a vista upgrade dvd and it has startup fixing tool. If you have that tool, try it out. The dvd also has the system restore tool, same as the one built into windows itself but you can access it if windows not loading so it may help.
