You know what I would do to get people at my school to go to it?
First, make sure the address is easy to remember. If its hard to remember, no one is going to try and visit it... if its something like ProBoards, get a

But, make small posters! And tape them up everywhere, bathrooms (perferibly if a person of the opposite sex goes into the opposite sexes' bathroom... no need to send people running out) lunch room, the commons, hallways, classrooms you have access to throughout the day, where people do drugs during school, etc.
