    Realplay one issue

    I installed realplayerone after formatting my pc again cause it seemed like something got hold of it right away.  I put in all the downloads it wants when it does an update from the program an its vers 11 the thing is I can no longer play any of my youtube videos I saved.  This pc is fairly clean nothing really on it.  XP Dell Dimension 2350

      squall_01, Is your limitation of acces only with the Youtube files or are you not able to play and/or hear other videos or audio?truenorth

        I can play other files but I have alot of youtube files.  Not sure even thought I have the most recent version know.  I did have to install a code for like vers 9 not sure if thats still needed.

            squall_01,If you can play other things (audio/video) that eliminates your audio and video cards as the problem.Which probably means that when you re formated your computer that you lost the codecs necessary to play the Youtube video. So install the codecs required and you should be good to go again.truenorth

              I know that but I installed the require defualts it ask for when you update it in the player.  Where are they on the main site then?  Cause I dont know what it uses.

                  no, good I had conteacted them an they told me what to do an so how its working again.  It was universial set which I think mite of been why they didnt play.
