I have a problem with my Windows XP Home laptop.
The single quote ' and double quote " do not display until after another character has been typed. This occurs in all programs, which leads me to suspect that it is some sort of operating system error. I have not been able to find anything to allow me to change this functionality.
I want the single quote ' and double quote " to display without having to press another key (such as <space>). Can you please help me?
