stop responding

when i play pc games my pc stop responding.i already replaced my hardisk,upgrade my ram and i also replaced my video card.what is the cause?

- Your computer might not be able to play the game

even i open youtube sometimes it stop responding.how will i know if the motherboard is really the problem?is there any diagnostic to check my board?thanks for the reply.

im using windows xp sp2, 512RAM,inno3d geforce fx5200, asrock board ,AMD sempron 1.6...it stop responding when i open on/off line games.only games and you tube stop responding.some programs are okay.

What did you do before the problem? (downloads, installs, hardware changes, ect....)
