Basicaly the webcam was removed whist still switched on and the computer switched off after removing the webcam. Now everytime i start the laptop it automatical loads up the last image recorded by the webcam. so far i have over 10k of the image opened. Its slowing the computer down really bad, im unable to end the task in Task Manager and its not allowing me into the control panel to delete the webcam. I've started it safe mode but am unable to find the webcam in the control panel. Anyone have any suggestions?
